Mums and Bubs Pilates in Mona Vale

Are you a new Mum looking for a way of exercising where you can bring your baby? At Wave Reformer Pilates, you can do just that with our Mums and Bubs pilates classes.

In a bright, airy studio, we have plenty of room for you to bring in your pram or bouncer or you can use one of our comfy pilates mats to lie your baby down beside you.

Offering a great workout with personal instruction, our experienced instructors cater the post natal pilates class to your post pregnancy body.

Whether you are new to pilates or have been enjoying the benefits of a pilates workout for years, you will get a chance to socialise with local mum's before and after the class (Coffee Brothers cafe is just around the corner), and take a break from class should your baby need a feed or become unsettled.

Our instructor Fernanda is a Mum of 2 young boys so understands the changes pregnancy makes, and how to allow you to get the most out of your reformer session.
