Our standard Reformer classes have been designed to cater for all levels of experience including those completely new to Reformer Pilates. Our instructors will always ensure they provide a great all body work-out!
We play close attention to ensuring the correct techniques are mastered and participants learn a wide range of exercises that build flexibility, control and strength.
Pace: Slow to medium
Take your Reformer Pilates practice to the next level. With consistent practice Pilates can literally change your body shape and these sessions will teach you to turn on your muscles and control your movement. A strong core and familiarity with the equipment are essential. You will feel the impact of these sessions for days.
Reformer plus Jump
Get ready to feel more burn! The quickest way to tone, lengthen, strengthen and improve coordination. Traditional Pilates moves plus some cardio that incorporates the best accessory around - the jump board and light weights. Perfect to get ski fit.
Pace: Medium to Fast
Prerequisite: Recommended 5 regular Reformer Pilates classes and have no injuries (particularly spinal) or pregnant.
These classes are designed for all. For the surfer, the office worker, the tradie, the dancer and everything in between.
The focus is on improving flexibility, strengthening your deep abdominals, eliminating low back, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pain.
Using the reformer your stretch can be taken to a whole new level. Your posture will improve out of sight and you will walk out of every class feeling taller. This class is kept at a controlled and deliberate pace.
This is a great first class for any client new to Reformer Pilates.

Reformer Slow Flow
A basic class that builds on all the movement benefits the Reformer has to offer. Improve your posture, strength, balance, coordination and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. Please message to discuss your needs and book into an introductory Pilates session if you have not tried Reformer before. Multiple conditions may be referred to a clinical Pilates studio.
Reformer Mum & Bubs
Renata, your pre and post-natal qualified Instructor, will help you strengthen your body to allow for quick recovery pre and post birth. Walk out feeling taller, stronger, relaxed and ready to get back to your day. Plenty of room for prams in a supportive, caring environment. Suitable for anyone with abdominal separation. Mothers groups are welcome to contact us to arrange a group time suitable for them. Contact us to discuss an option on our timetable.
Fun 45-minute Pilates classes for kids. Your child will learn life skills that will improve their posture, concentration, co-ordination and movement. Each class focuses on breathing, controlled movement, core strength and stretching.
Ages 5-9 & 7-11 Mat Pilates
Age 12 and above as long as the instructor deems suitable for the child's body they may incorporate mat and Reformer
Pace: Slow to Moderate
Our 28 day challenges are to show you what can be achieved in under a month by attending regular Pilates classes.
4 Reformer Pilates classes per week for four weeks

Mix up your Pilates routine by challenging yourself to a Barre class. Utilising a variety of props this is a fun, fast paced 45 minute class.
To participate you must have no injuries and if required have GP clearance.
